Building
Developing businesses means turning possibilities into decisions that hold up. This practice is the starting point for my work.
I am an entrepreneur, an advisor and someone who has spent many years engaging with people, leadership and personal decisions.
My professional path has been shaped by responsibility, ambitious goals, successes and change.
But my most important insights did not come only from my successes.
They often emerged in moments when expectations were disappointed, decisions did not bring the result I wanted, or I had to find a new path myself.
These experiences changed how I see life.
Discover my story

I learned early on to take responsibility. Later, it became an essential part of my professional life.
For more than 25 years, I have worked in various management roles, built and helped shape businesses, led teams and guided change.
Alongside this, I continued my education intensively and explored why people act the way they do – especially under pressure, in conflict and in difficult life situations.
Over time, I realised that we often try to change the world around us before we are ready to question ourselves.
We hold on to expectations. We look for explanations. Sometimes we look for someone to blame. And often we lose sight of what we can still influence.
THE RULER grew out of this insight: an understandable, practical compass that helps people take responsibility for their own decisions.
Not to become perfect. But to live more consciously.
Master’s degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in Philosophy with a focus on work and organisational psychology. Academic engagement with leadership, behaviour and human decision-making.
Not a straight line from theory to method, but a connection between entrepreneurial action, observation and a willingness to question my own answers.
Developing businesses means turning possibilities into decisions that hold up. This practice is the starting point for my work.
Leadership and organisational change bring successes and challenges. Both change how we understand our own impact.
Psychology, management and philosophy offer different approaches to the same question: why do we act the way we do?
THE RULER connects these experiences: an approach to recognising our own reactions and taking responsibility for the next step.

Why can people lead businesses and teams successfully, yet struggle to lead their own reactions?
This question connects my entrepreneurial experience with my interest in psychology. Successes, challenges and transformation have shaped my view of what really leads us under pressure.
THE RULER grew from this combination of experience, observation and knowledge.
How this became THE RULERResponsibility does not end with a decision. It shows in the consequences for people and businesses.
Expectations, emotions and familiar patterns influence how we read situations and respond to them.
Principles become concrete when we must decide: what matters to me, and what will I take responsibility for?

Self-leadership becomes tangible when we practise it. Together, we examine everyday situations, interrupt automatic responses and rehearse new ways to act.
