The legal provider, postal address, email provider, hosting and retention details are still incomplete. Complete these details and review this notice against actual operations.
1. Controller and contact
This website operates under the name Amran Khalid. Contact: info@amrankhalid.de. The controller’s full legal name, legal form and postal address must be added before approval.
2. Website delivery and hosting
The published site uses Cloudflare Workers. IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser/device information may be processed to deliver content and protect the site. The proposed legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: a legitimate interest in secure, reliable delivery. The local preview runs on your own computer.
3. Recipients and international processing
The hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Processing outside the EU/EEA is possible. The account’s data-processing agreement, transfer safeguards under Articles 44 onward GDPR, subprocessors and log retention must be verified and documented. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
4. Email and the contact form
When online submission is enabled, your name, email address, message and optional information are stored in Cloudflare D1 to handle your enquiry. Otherwise, the form opens an email draft for you to send yourself. The form indicates which method is available. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply to contractual enquiries; Article 6(1)(f) may apply to other correspondence. The email provider and actual retention arrangements still need confirmation. Please do not include particularly sensitive information.
5. Retention
Contact information is needed for handling the enquiry and any applicable statutory retention obligations. Specific mailbox and technical-log deletion periods must be established before this notice is approved.
6. Cookies, settings and content
The site itself includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and videos are served with the website. Animation preferences in this preview last only for the current page view and are not stored persistently. Additional Cloudflare features must be checked before approval.
7. Newsletter and social networks
The newsletter form records your email address, your first name if you provide it, submission time and explicit consent as an unconfirmed signup request in Cloudflare D1. It does not activate a subscription or send newsletters. Email confirmation and an unsubscribe facility must be connected before delivery starts. You can withdraw your request by emailing info@amrankhalid.de. Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary external links without embedded feeds. Opening a link takes you to that provider, where its own privacy information applies.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation (Article 21). Consent may be withdrawn for future processing.
